• Pseudo case insensitive: CITY COUNCIL will return City Council however the latter will not be highlighted.

Notice: Due to the City's intentional "arrangement" of how the emails were provided, approximately 92% of the text is within the appropriate email chain. No text is missing. Also, no attachments were provided.
